I apologize in advance if you hate my suggestions (I'm a pleb, but I tried).

Basically, I don't think I have much choices in characters with a beard. At this point, I think all I could go as is a non specific character, but has a "distinct" uniform (like warrior armour, soldier's uniform, etc.)
