/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Hey guys. I was wondering what type of fabric I should use for the black(/maybe navy blue?) parts of this costume. I'm worried about what would work best as the top, shorts, hat, gloves, and bootcovers, since I'd like to have some continuity with the fabric. It also looks kind of sleek but I don't want it to look too adult so I'd happily use a more toned down fabric as long as it looks clean in the end.

Also, if anyone can help me out with either a pattern or a term I can search for as far as the top goes, that would be really helpful!
