When I mean the tulle layer, it's all the light brown sections. It alternates with chiffon and then the lace at the bottom.

Loose threads and fabric fluff in a few places. Their Aline and bell petticoats where more pleasant than this... Overall I think for using less fabric than those pettis they'd have sold it for cheaper? And not hoping the Steampunkfags will be shelling cash for this? They got their custom music note lace at least, but even then I don't think it's that redeeming. Again, maybe I'm fussy. But it looks more like Bodyline's Best than Classic Puppet's Average.
