I feel the tophat looks cheap (as in matierial). I would suggest leaving it out of any coord because of that. Same for the necklace. Chokers like that aren't know to be the best. If you're on budget, even an Aliexpress lace choker will be better, although I would suggest buying an actually nice quality one. Many can also be used for classic, so it might be worth investing even if you wear little gothic ;).

I think maybe a black cantolier with deep red roses would be a nice replacement for the hat, as it would add some red on top, and look nicer. Something like pic related.
