High waist don't look good if you are short, with large breast/rib cage and your torso is small.
Pic related, I have this jsk and my boobs grew so now I am at 96cm (with a minimizer) which only leaves me with a 4cm of room. It hits high on my chest (almost near my neck) and my boobs so go under just a bit under the waistline cut . Also A-line petticoat all the way for these cuts becaude a bell shape makes you lokk huge and a bit prego. I love my dress so much that its hard to part with. Anyone here who sews know how I can get it slightly bigger and maybe lower the straps (it has no adjustable straps sadly)
