Weeell they said they were opening a claim and will get back to me (asked my name,phone number,email adress,where i live,the name of where i bought from,...and gave me a "claim number" or something? I noted it.) so i really hope they'll either find it back or fully refund me...I spent 85$ on this (it might seem ridiculous to rich gulls but to me it's a lot)
