As for her henshin pen, unfortunately that has to be handmade and so far I haven't come across any tutorials. I honestly have never seen a non-wonky scaled outer soldier henshin pen. Best thing would be to scale it to your hand using this image as reference for that scale and try and get screen captures or other references for the pen. One thing I found was the disc that goes in the crescent moon is a circle not an oval.

Her manga mirror does come up on eBay, ecrater, or etsy often if you search for antique hand mirror or art nouveau hand mirror.
