/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I have a question about pic related. The girl here is wearing this as is, but since it's a jsk ("albino accord jsk"), doesn't it need a blouse underneath? I get that it has little sleeves but they don't seem to cover enough for lolita.

I have the purple one and it's awesome, but mine came with a slight defect (weird small spot of red velvet/thread with a stray thread sewn at a random place on the print fabric) which I didn't expect for that mid-range price. It has lone micro glitters all over it, but very sparse so it's not tacky at all. The sleeve/overskirt fabric is very soft. The bow I got was a bit crooked but nothing unfixable.
