I think that the problem with Ragyous is that they don't know how to give a nice structure to the dress.
It's a mermaid tail dress and this looks like a sac of potatoes. It doesn't give her a curvy figure.
The metal band around her waist isn't that huge either, and she needs her top half to have shape.
I think Ragyou cosplays are focusing a little too much on the wig and neglecting the structure of the dress.
