Yes. There are quite a few OPs and JSKs that are meant to be worn with ribbon belts which can easily be swapped for actual belts, and brands have released their own belts before, pic related. Like anything else in this fashion or any fashion, you just need to make sure it works aesthetically. If you can't tell whether it works or not, maybe you shouldn't attempt it until you have a better grasp on the fashion and know what works in it and what works for you specifically.
