/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I've decided to be Sam from Sam & Max for halloween and although I've seen some fursuit head making tutorials, his head is shaped strangely enough that trying to size the head so it won't look huge on an actual suit seems difficult without making it egg or bucket shaped.
I would like to hear some hints on how to handle this or directions to a relevant guide. And I would like to know how to bulk up the suit so I don't look so skinny, and tips on making the brim for a hat.
