How well do you think facepaint would work for Sans? The only skull I've painted was a realistic on for Halloween ( it worked well as the guy had a good smile, so it gave it creepy double-teeth).

Tempted to cosplay Sans for MCM Bham next week but it'll be kinda of a rushed cosplay - hence using make up and not a mascot head.
