Lolita is an alternative fashion itself, please don't forget that.
The only reason I found the fashion is because I was interested in dressing in an alternative way and then I found a Fruits book.

I don't think there is anything forced about using social media within this fashion when that is what most girls and boys are doing with this hobby. And yes, it's a fucking hobby. Fashion can be a hobby.
Some people just have more luck with social media than others. That's just how everything works. There will always be people who are better than others. Just like in this case, there will always be girls who get more attention than others.
