Though OP's instructions are contradictory, someone can't be wearing a "full set" without legwear or headwear, and socks and a headbow aren't OTT, they're basic staples of Lolita.

People who hate OTT coordinates need to get the stick out of their ass and stop whining about OTT coords being more popular/getting more attention. Just wear what you want, who cares about online feedback?
