I just recieved this beautiful IW Chandelier jsk in the mail, but it looks heinous on my chest. $150 shipped in the usa or $175 shipped worldwide. Open to offers.
It's so lovely in person I dont want to let it go but I know I'll never be able to wear it out.

Has really nice thicker fabric, and the velvet print is printed right on top of the fabric. Has partial shirring in the back and waist ties. Excellent condition.
