Tip for making Daisy's hair?

I was thinking of making either stuffed fabric inserts or foam inserts to get the shape, but the wig I got is pretty thin and I haven't got time to get another one (convention is in a few days)

So I'm making a Biker Daisy cosplay from mario Kart 8 and I'm looking for a wig for her. I've only so far found the Eowyn wig from Arda to be good in style, but since I live outside the US, shipping is just awfully expensive for an Arda wig.

Do you know where I can find a good wig that won't cost be hell to ship? I have checked Lucaille already, and when I search Ebay I only get wigs that are too thin or wrong color
