This is how one of my conversations with Jay went:
>Jay: So you watched E3 last night right?
>me: No...sorry unfortunately was busy
>Jay: With what? What's more important than E3?
>me: Ummm i had to actually babysit last night for a bit
>Jay: Ohhh then you watched E3 ?
>me: ..... No. Then i sewed.
>Jay: THEN you watched E3.
>me: Seriously dude, games aren't my life and i've got other shit to do other than watch E3.

I sort of understand jay since i had a time in my life where i was so absorbed in games but you can tell he has nothing else going on in his life. I just can't believe how invasive he is with conversation and how much direction he constantly needs. He's also trying to one up us all with his nerdy ness and make it seem like he's better than us. He tries to make us feel like we're inferior because we don't play games for 12+ hours like he does. Not putting up with that shit for long.
