So i have a crush on my coworker, he's like just a total hot awkward nerd, and we've hung out a few times and it seems like he likes me, he has made fun of men interested in me, has offered to do lolita photography shoots with me, and generally likes listening to me babble on about my dresses and how i want to coord them, etc. He went on a two week trip to california, and with about three days notice asked me if i wanted to go, no balls, all expense paid trip by him. i had to politely decline a few times just because i recently started the job i'm now working at with him, and told him next time if he gave me a notice i would love to, and instead made plans to go see a band we both like when he gets back instead. well about half way through his trip he just stops replying to my texts, and mind you i have done everything about the same as always (we chatted about my halloween meet, i sent him some pics, and we talked about how his trip was) so i just figured he was just busy. Until i walk into work today and lock eyes with him, and he can't look at me properly? We say the most awkward of hellos, ask how the other is, and without much time to reply the convo is dead. What happened to the talkative man who wanted to do photo shoots with me and who i felt a nice, cute connection with? I feel like I didn't do anything to upset him, and i definitely didn't say anything to do that, so why in the world does it feel awful and awkward to be around him?
