This. Such a body is pretty rare (and most hourglasses I see are short) but I think Candice Swanepoel is a good example. My tits are 29cm bigger than my waist and my waist is 39cm smaller than my hips, but even a DD/E up still looks way smaller than your average anime character and I have really big thighs especially from the side. A Sailor Moon cosplay would look obscene on me. I could just about get away with a Pokémon character, looking pretty flat and straight until you get to the hips.
