Dresses with solid bodice are quite common, you can find a few if you do a quick Google image search for "switching jsk" (because the fabric switches from one part of the dress to another).

The one you posted, though. The print starting further down the skirt kind of, uhh, no, it sucks and it's really fug. I seriously think you need to lurk more, and for God's sake use the main japanese Lolita brands for inspiration, not regretsy tier shit.
