GOSH! I have had some awful customer experiences on storenvy.

> last year
> busy con season
> clearly state in my FAQ that my shipping may take over a month - even on small orders - due to busy with cons
> Girl orders $6 sticker pack
> Explain to her read FAQ for shipping times
> week later
> Girl is ass-pained because I haven't mailed her stickers & sends me rude ass e-mails
> Try to calm
> Wants refund
> Offer 1 free print
> Girl agrees & says she understands
> Third week, ready to finally ship her order & e-mails to confirm her address
> Girl sends an ass-pained e-mail about waiting for 3 weeks & how she has to change the address to her mom's house & DEMANDS that the package now include 3 extra prints and stickers or she will write bad reviews of my store on every single social media I have
> Find out she already talked shit about me all over Tumblr - which was my main form of communication back then
> Scared because my solo-store JUST opened
> Agree & end up wasting $20 of additional merchandise on this $6 order

I have no idea why people don't read FAQ's - or even when you explain things clearly - cause such unnecessary problems or hassles for sellers.

I feel like it's a catch-22 - either refund their order & have them bad mouth you or placate them & have them bad mouth you
