I've two stupid questions.

1) What is this type of design called? I've noticed AP makes a lot of OPs like this one and I love them.
2) I'm 165cm tall and my bust is 80cm. Do you think I would look good in it? I know I'd be able to wear the dress but I think it would look better if it wasn't too short or tight. I'm not familiar with AP sizes.
