I'm not sure about that since they aren't mine. I've created folders for pictures that were posted in groups and folders by individual private albums (who aren't directly downloadable) of people who went to harajuku. I just want to save them for now.

Like >>10096420 said, scans aren't the problem. You can still find full download links that are working on livejournal and on magazine blogs. But there's a shit ton of street snaps, meetup pictures, coords, detail shots, photoshoots and other interesting stuff that isn't posted anywhere else.
And not only for lolita but also for any other streetstyle like gyaru, decora and visual kei.
In fact, there's so much it's basically impossible to save most it.. I'm going through the group "Lolita Fashion :: ロリータ - NOT A PLACE FOR PORN !" right now and only finished 10 pages out of 87 in the past 2 hours.
