can anyone give me advice?? i ordered a bag from dreamv via rakuten and it sat in NY for 4-5 days or so, and then i checked the tracking again today and now it's back in japan? how should i contact rakuten or dreamv? i'm really not sure what i can do and i just want my bag and not waste $40. i checked my shipping info too and i put everything in correctly so i'm not sure why they send it back. this has never happened to me before, nor have i bought from dreamv, so i'm not sure what i can do.
