You, like my wonderful girlfriend have a problem. She tends to hoard stuffed animals because it makes her feel better about not having a pet.
I've been saving ideas for storage and put a no more plushies rule into effect (no more until we get a dog that is)

I liked this sort of storage, so I'll probably recreate it with cube shelves in the future for larger plushes and shelves like the last picture for smaller plushes. Your room looks tiny so look into under bed storage.
