I don't know if this counts, since it's like lolita x mori. But it's extremely hard to find a truly good offbrand coord, since dresses and skirts these days are not made to accommodate a petti. You will mostly find ita messes. Offbrand blouses, cardigans, bags, shoes in coords would probably be a better thread topic.

Honestly, while I think it's a less body-conscious fashion than say, lolita, mori girl doesn't look nearly as good on chubby people. If you can, try to slim down a bit.
That said, since it's so light and billowy and frequently features skirts, your body shape probably won't pose that much of a problem. Figure out where skirts should hit you in order to make your legs look the nicest, and use that as a general guideline for length. Maybe try coordinate outfits with cardigans or overshirts or even necklaces that pop to bring attention upwards.
The thing that bothers me about bigger bodies in mori is the arms, as too many layers or tight layers make them look even bigger and not as forest fairy like, so as a pear you're probably pretty safe.
