Help me out seagulls. I'm planning out a Tim the Enchanter costume (pic related) and don't know the best way to make the hat. I've got real ram's horns, a couple pounds each, but don't know how to attach them. Any advice?

Check out this website

You're going to want to focus on the just the toga if you want to be an early roman senator or the tunic-toga combo if you want to be a later dated senator. The construction is very easy, it can use a lot of fabric however. The toga itself if a large semi-circle. There's a diagram on the website for how to dress in a toga. You're going to want to wear a latus clavis on your tunic and a toga praetexta on your toga to show you're a senator, if you want to get really historically accurate. These are both mentioned on the website. Good luck!
