Thanks for the kind thoughts anon, here's to hoping. At least I've gotten some super cheap basics recently and did get the Twinkle Logotype JM JSK for ¥15800 which is really nice, one good part of the week.

I've already filed reports with USPS first to try and figure out what happened, and when they couldn't find it I put in an official search. IW were really nice and if it isn't found in 60 days from that filing they'll help me get the EMS compensation.
