When using acrylics you "glue" pieces together with acrylic cement which is basically just a blend of acetone. It's not like tradition glue, more like a chemical that melts the pieces together. You can use e6000 for adding nont-plastic bits like pin backs or glass cabochons but for getting the plastic pieces together acrylic cement is the only thing that will let the pieces be as tight and flat as possible.
