How do I paint vinyl? I've got some vynil fabric on sale with a really nice scales texture for the skirt of pic related but it's clear yellow instead of the faded green-yellow, and I'll also need to paint the black,white and red patterns on it.
As a side note, I'm from Mexico, so the availability, price, or names of whatever you recommend me may vary.
