the SNK fandom just makes me sad now. my boyfriend and I were planning on cosplaying bert and annie but I don't know if that's even going to happen anymore. there's also the issue that he wears size 15 shoes.

As far as I have heard, most people swear on Ben Nye's final seal and neutral set but I'm not entirely sure if it works only on Ben Nye products, so I can't tell you if it does for Pax or for Snazaroo? There are other ways to seal I've heard in a pinch, but I'd go for a professional makeup set powder and final seal.
