Seconding ETC, fint, etc. and also adding that Wonderrocket blouses tend to work decently with otome and are pretty generously sized, in my experience. Don't know about arm length, though, because I'm a shorty with pretty standard arms.

If you have a bigger cup size/a good bit of boob, you might have issues with ETC/LG, I think. I wear a 28D-DD (so ~32B-C), and some ETC dresses look weird on me because the bust area is cut really short. Avoid anything high-waisted/look for their regular waist JSKs and give those a try, if you haven't.
Other than that, JM is a bit more forgiving as far as cup size goes; they just don't offer a lot of shirred pieces.

I would recommend going for skirt + blouse combos (pic related) or checking out the normalfag stores listed upthread for JSKs/OPs.
