The reason "people" love Pocky so much is because it's Japanese and cheap (ie. easier to obtain).
And possibly also because anime characters do the kawaii yaoi Pocky game.

But seriously, it has nothing to do with actual taste or design.

Oh I agree, I cannot stand Yui. I loved Azusa because she tried to bring back order, even if it was thrown out the window with cake.
Anyway, you can't deny that the art style is cute, and that's mostly what everyone likes about it.

In general, we don't recommend it because natural hair gets greasy, some styles are hard to do on a person, and unnatural colours tend to look shitty.
However, natural hair looks better if the character's hair is styled up (ponytail, pigtails, bun, etc.), partially missing (bald or mohawk), or have the bangs pulled back.

If you want to continue using your natural hair, I for one won't stop you, but if you want to cosplay someone with unnaturally coloured or styled hair, use a wig.

It's only as amusing as the players are.
Like, if they're in-character and stuff, it's great. At my first cosplay chess, for the halftime show, we had these 3 Roxas cosplayers fight it out. It was awesome.
Other times, during the halftime bit, we had a fem!Loki and Mario doing various things. There was much second-hand embarrassment.

I've done it.. twice, I believe? First time, I just ran like a pansy when it was my turn to die, but that's what my character would've done. Second time, I was the King piece, meaning I didn't have to do jack shit. When the other side won, all the deceased-and-remaining players got to take me out. Someone broke my prop gun. I fixed it, though, but yeah.

I really hate whenever people who aren't a character join, though. Like occasionally, I've seen "rave kitty girl" or something. Bitch what are you thinking.

I don't think it's as much about the dog as it is teaching Ashertag a lesson.
I mean yeah, it'd sucks that the dog suffers, but she also needs to learn to actually care for something other than herself, and if it has to be through her pets, so be it.

Unfortunately, whether the dog lives or dies, I doubt she'll care.
This is why getting an authority involved is key.
Nothing tells you to shut up quite like a cop on your doorstep.
