A good example of this being Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison.

When they first started dating everybody jumped on Dough calling him a pervert and paedophile based on the fact that Courtney was so young. What everybody failed to accept for some reason is that when you look at it from a different perspective Courtney deliberately sought him out for his financial status, fame and his ability to provide her with the things she desires whilst being completely aware that she's this young, hot thing who has the ability to wrap many me (with poor taste) around her little finger.

The girl is a predator.

You watch any interview featuring those two and Doug is such a doormat, he's extremely obvious just how much she has him whipped. I suspect the only reason him being with her is a desperate attempt to cling to last vestiges of youth.

Of course we all know that once she's bled him dry and properly established a real foothold in the world of celebrity that she'll dump him for a guy her age.

I feel bad for Doug. They say there's no fool like an old fool.
