Nevermind!! I've figured to use iron on transfers but now I'm stuck on her hair pieces that attach to the clouds.
I've tried wiring and hair glue, twisting the hair around it or taping the wire and gluing the hair to it but it's not stable and falls over? I'm not sure what I could to do stablize it so it stands upright...

Look up a reputable salon in your area and just ask them for a cleanup, inquire about thinning the hairs though, usually I just brush and cut mine.

I've had a few of those and just filled it with caulking after attaching the pieces and it's been fine.
