I use something similar to pic related for storing all my makeup and brushes, mine is white with a pink tail, pink ribbons and embroidery though. I don't own an awful lot of makeup, so I can still find what I need pretty easily (even before decluttering). I store skincare stuff in one of those pouches that AP releases from time to time and anything that's too big for that goes into my vanity drawer.
