I can see that you have some trouble with it. First, try to go up through the same hole your previous stitch went down in so you don't have any gaps, secondly as we talked about the stitch length needs to be a bit shorter in the curves.

I stitched up a quick little swirl to show you how it turns out when I do it. I used two strands on the one to the right and one strand to the left. If you end up seeing you it doesn't work out at times, just back up a few stitches extra to shorten the stitches and adjust your angle a little earlier.
