Dress is basically what it is in the images, the grey looks slightly cooler in person but not that off at all.
Construction is decent, fully lined with cotton lining that's slightly heavier than the gingham cotton, has two pockets that feel a little flimsy but serviceable.
Couple of loose threads here and there but nothing worse than I've seen on brand pieces.
Waist ties are attached with buttons, removable. No other elements are removable.
Haven't tried it with a petti under but it looks like there's enough material to accommodate a decent sized petti.

Comes with two extra buttons, one of the strap type and one of the waist tie type.

I'm 160cm, I can't wear the back crossed with the buttons sewn in as they are now (they're about 4cm up from bottom of strap) or else the bust looks hilariously bizarre on me.
It's definitely more flattering at the actual waist. Straps are adjustable if you resew the buttons so I may try that out one day when I'm less lazy.
Hem is above my knees.

Primary complaint would be the fact that none of the seams line up and it wrinkles very easily.
It's definitely not brand, but it's certainly as solid as the pumpkincat dress I had if not more so.
Other than that it's a steal at basically $65 for a dress you can abuse - I really wish I got the coffee and milk tea colorways now.

Ordered 08/18 so it's been 58 days - initial estimate was given as 40 days but I honestly don't know how much of that was spreenow vs rococo soul since my shipment was two orders combined.
