mfw I used to be 34-28-36 and 5 4 thinking I was underweight
mfw I realized I overate and bloated constantly
mfw when I stopped eatting so much sweets and the whole pizza and ate mostly meat and vegetables
mfw I started lifting
mfw im now 34-24-36 and loving my body and feeling the greatest ive ever felt, confidence wise and healthy wise.

anyone who calls me anorexic now I understand that they are just ignorant like I used to be
