Had a feeling this was going to end up here, but I like it a lot. According to comments she’s going for the kind of bright colors and pattern mixing you see in Kimono Hime.

She’s also wearing a haori or something similar. She’s clearly inspired by kimono hime, the retro-influenced blend of Western and Japanese elements that has a presence in street fashion right now, but the cheapness of the materials makes it look tacky (although that looks like a better quality boater than the garbage most lolitas wear)
