does anyone have short hairspo? ill dump what little i have

I'm in the process of growing out my hair, like the 20th time. It's almost shoulder length now, and I feel like giving up already..

I feel like I just look really ugly with semi long hair, and that actual long hair will look just as bad, so I don't feel like waiting like one or two years more to get it to where I want and then just hate it..

I'm thinking of just giving up and getting a cut like in pic related or something, because I feel like short hair suits my face better
