I actually met this girl, through a friend at our local con's fall ball. She seems ok, but gave my costume a 'once over" kind of look. I got to see this costume up close in person and honestly, the edges look fucking terrible. I saw threads and unfinished seams. She does this for a living so my question is why isn't she improving. I just checked out the pic from >>7784588 and it seriously looks like some of the stuff from when she started. I'm not expecting her to go from shit tier to god tier in a matter of days. I just would like to think that after a certain period of time you improve especially if you're selling to customers. The fit on some of the outfits look horrible and i understand the struggle is real with that. It's hard. I feel like she put herself in this catch 22: Make lots of costumes and sacrifice the end result or make fewer costumes with better quality. I also get that she's catering to people who may not have as much money since she doesn't always charge a whole lot but that shouldn't mean that seams should be left unfinished. It just looks like she doesn't care.
