apologies in advance if this is a really dumb question, but I was in prague recently and I got this cool Face Elixir (pic related). Now, from what I've read about it, it seems to be just like a moisturizer, but I just wanted to double check that that IS its purpose? because otherwise why wouldnt they just call it a moisturizer? If not, what does it really do/what are its benefits over moisturizers?
