I need HELP

My gambeson order fell through and the jupon I got is borked. The hem of the sleeves is far too short and the padding itself isn't what I requested in my order. Does ANYBODY know of good, reliable gambeson makers who do custom orders so I could get a jupon like pic related? I want a padded garment with THICK protective sleeves and thick padding that hangs over the thighs so I only need to wear a breastplate to reduce my weight. I know several good armorers but unfortunately I don't have any contact with people who do custom padded armor.
