How could I make this a little closer to OTT? I had a different blouse in mind, but I have a large bust and prefer something custom made, but I'd like to wear this to a con at the beginning of April and I think I'm too late for most taobao CNY deadlines. I'm not sure of any places with custom sizing options that have a little more extravagant blouses. For accessories I'm going to make my own cross pendant necklace and was also thinking about adding wrist cuffs if I go for a shorter sleeved blouse. Should I switch the tights to floral lace ones?
