I'm looking for a pattern for a mini dress like the one Lana wears. I've googled around and most of the patterns I'm finding don't have the sleeves or the right skirt.

Also, there's a bunch of characters I've seen who have a "ribbed knit" stripe pattern somewhere in their costume- Meg's blue skirt from Burst Angel, Kallen's red top from Code Geass, the sleeves and boots on the pilot suits in Last Exile. I can never find a fabric with wide ribbing though. :/
