i actually have a question for you guys that know a lot about hair... i recently had to cut off my hair because of over processing it. it was literally snapping off. my hair follicles are naturally very thick, and i THINK my hair is in better shape now, but it's still seems to be falling out a lot and breaking easier than i remember. i really dont' want to cut it any shorter, and i miss my hair before! it was to my waist already before i had to cut it to chin length.

what can i do to make my hair stronger? and is getting micro-loop hair extensions a bad idea for my hair now?
