Complete noob here. How would I go about making the iconic purple diamond stockings for Homura? Rit dye with a stencil? I know they're actually boots but it'd just be much easier and more functional to go with stockings, I think. Though for boots I can at least think of starting with a purple layer and then going over it with black and some purple windows cut out.
