I'm trying to glue a spike piece to these boots that are made of cotton. Is there a particular glue I should be using? I have contact cement, but I've been getting mixed results with it and worry about flexibility considering the placement. I saw on some video cowbuttcrunchy did that said that you could sew on a felt piece and attach the foam that way with glue. Does felt play better with contact cement or would fabric glue be the better move?
