I think that one thing that can help someone with strong, dark eyebrows to reach larme feeling better is making your eyebrows less dominant. You can bleach them a little or use brown eyebrow mascara that is a bit lighter than your hair colour (if your hair is brown or black). Right now lighte eyebrows are trendy in Japan and even in Larme you rarely see very dark solid eyebrows. Because strong eyebrows are trendy in Western countries I often see girls doing nice larme inspired make-up looks with really strong eyebrows, it can look ok but just not very larme.

I think that light brown eyebrows make your look more sweet and youthful!
